"Black Trombone" song cover (and other "Groovy Banana Juice" projects)

7 years ago, we travelled and play music together in Vietnam, Australia, and Vanuatu (Ben with his ukulélé, Jerem his black trombone and Gaga singing). Check below the amount of videos we did back then (one of which on the top of an active volcano)

After what we settled in Vanuatu and Jerem settled in Shanghai and us in Port-Vila.

It was such a pleasure to visit him and his little family, and even if it was quite challenging with the kids around (4 between our 2 families), we managed to record a fantastic cover, featuring the one man band "Juice".

About 7 years ago, as we were traveling from Vietnam to Australia on pur way to Vanuatu, we met Mark and Jane at the airport (Mark approached Ben because he had a ukulele and they are ukulele teachers), they told us to contact them if we ever go to Newcaslte, and as later on we took the bus from Sydney to Brisbane and back, and we had a good click with them, we made a stop in Newcastle. We enjoyed hanging pit with them so much that we are back every couple of years and it feels like home. They were also our first official Groovy Banana clients as we made a few videos for them back them and sometimes when visiting them.
We are back this week and as always, such a pleasure to be here 🥰

"Couleur Cafe" song cover

I just love that video!!! We gathered a bunch a talented musiciens for a tribute gig to Gainsbourg and ended up with a fan of the singer and all the others who didn't know his songs. While recording the hit song, the kids joined as well, Maïa, as usual, feeding while I play ukulélé et sing and Ewen playing drum.

"Pirouette Cacahuete" song cover

It is always such a pleasure to hang out with talented musical friends, and this family is one of our favorite, sharing the same values and having as much fun as we do!!!! Camille has that amazing voice and directly creates beautiful harmonies, Juju who is not a musicien at all just nailed the xylophone (or more precisely the glockenspiel), the adorable and cheeky Gaspard made a few note of trombone... Ben played the cello and our 2 big bubbas were too tired to participate in another way than feeding while Gaga was singing and playing ukulele :) We thought it would be a nice cover to release on the (French) Breastfeeding Week as it is the first time Gaga tandem feed while performing :D

This is a cover of a very famous French kids song "Pirouette Cacahuete".
