16 Days of Activism 2020 • Respect is Honourable

16 days of activism are 16 days to raise awareness about gender-based violence (especially to women), it’s 16 days to inspire people in respecting each other.

This year theme is “Respect is honorable” which is Father Lini, the leader of Vanuatu independence, famous quote.

We have been busy collaborating with Sista and Care, to make 16 videos encouraging respect to each other, in order to stop domestic, physical and sexual violence, bullying and cyberbullying.

It’s been intense and exhausting . We are very grateful to have been taking part of this project, working with beautiful souls and getting to film all those people (actor, TV CEO, singer, dads, mums, woman with disability, brother and sister of the Father of independence, lawyer, doctor, athletes, and even the president of the Republic of Vanuatu) talking about the importance of respecting everyone, no matter their gender, body or sexual orientation, and the importance of women being more present in decisions and in media, and men to be more present at home.

It is heartwarming to see all those people standing up for such a great cause and we can’t wait to share that moving video.

Team work makes the dream work
